What happens to your enquiry
Replies come from the person who will actually book the cargo, normally within four business hours on a weekday.
Normally two or three: the fast one, the cheap one, and the one we would actually pick. Each with transit, chargeable weight and what is included at the destination.
Once you confirm, we collect from the supplier, consolidate if there are several, and check the cartons and labels before the cargo is committed to a vessel or flight.

What to send us for an accurate quote
A rate built on guesses gets revised later, which helps nobody. Five things turn an enquiry into a firm number on the first reply.
- What the cargo is. A plain description, and the HS code if you have one. This decides duty, certification and whether the commodity is restricted.
- How much of it. Cartons, gross weight and dimensions — or total CBM if you already know it. Weight matters as much as volume on dense cargo.
- Where it starts. The supplier's city, or the load port if you are shipping FOB.
- Where it ends. The full delivery address, and whether the site has a loading dock or needs a tail-lift.
- When you need it. A required arrival date changes the routing advice more than anything else on this list.

How fast do you respond to inquiries?
We respond within 4 business hours on weekdays and within 24 hours on weekends. WhatsApp responses are typically faster.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
Destination country, cargo weight and volume (L×W×H in cm), cargo type (general goods, batteries, liquids, branded items), and your preferred timeline.
Do you provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service?
Yes — DDP is our standard. All import duties, taxes and last-mile delivery fees are included in the quoted price. No hidden charges on arrival.
Can you handle batteries, liquids and special cargo?
Yes. We have dedicated air and sea channels for lithium batteries, brand goods, regulated liquids, and oversized cargo. Please specify in your enquiry.
What are your payment terms?
Bank transfer (T/T) and other methods. Payment is typically required before cargo departs China. Repeat clients may arrange credit terms.
Do shipments include tracking?
All shipments come with full end-to-end tracking, from Chinese warehouse pickup to destination door delivery.
How is chargeable weight calculated?
We compare actual weight vs volumetric weight (L×W×H ÷ 6000). The higher value is used, rounded up to the nearest kilogram.
Can you consolidate cargo from multiple suppliers?
Yes — our China warehouses accept cargo from different suppliers, consolidate it, and ship as one consignment to reduce your freight costs.
