About China Ocean Freight
Your trusted partner for China freight — transparent rates, DDP service, global reach.
Who We Are
We are a China-based international freight forwarding company. Our mission is simple: make China freight pricing transparent, instant, and fair.
Our free rate calculator covers 130+ shipping channels across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and beyond — updated regularly from live carrier price feeds so you always see real market rates.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is our core product, but it is not available everywhere — the lanes we run it on are listed below. Beyond freight we handle sourcing from Chinese factories, quality control, warehousing and custom packaging, from a single parcel to a full container.
Where DDP Is Actually Available
We do not offer DDP everywhere, and quoting it where we cannot deliver it would waste your time. This is the real coverage map.
Europe · United States · Australia · United Kingdom · Canada
Full double-clearance, tax-paid, door-to-door service (双清包税门到门).
- ✈️AirFastest lane, 5–10 days door to door
- 🚢SeaBest cost per kg on volume, 25–50 days
- 🚂RailEurope-bound middle ground, 18–28 days
- 🚚Truck / deliveryLast-mile to the door included
Import duty, import VAT or GST and final delivery are inside the quoted price. Nothing is collected on arrival.
Japan & Russia
- 🇯🇵 Japan — air & sea Double-clearance, tax-paid, delivered to the door.
- 🇷🇺 Russia — road Overland double-clearance, tax-paid, delivered to the door.
These two run on dedicated channels rather than our general DDP network, so lead times and cargo restrictions differ — ask before you plan around them.
Other regions
Express and sea freight as standard. DDP is available on some countries but not all.
- 📦ExpressDoor to door, duties billed to you or prepaid
- 🚢Sea freightTo port, or to door where we have coverage
- ❓DDPCountry-by-country — please ask
Tell us the destination country and cargo type and we will confirm in writing whether DDP is available on that lane before you commit to a supplier.
Ask about your destination →A note on terminology: under Incoterms 2020, DDP means we carry the cost and risk to your named address including import clearance, duty and import tax. Where we quote express or sea freight instead, the destination charges are handled separately and we will say so on the quotation rather than leaving you to find out at the border.

Inside the Operation
Every shipment passes through some version of these: a warehouse, a terminal, a customs inspection, a truck.

What we handle ourselves
Plenty of forwarders are a rate desk with everything behind it sub-contracted. These are the parts we do not hand off, because they are the parts that go wrong.
Origin consolidation
Warehouse space at the load ports where multiple suppliers are received, checked against the packing list, and loaded into one container.
Export documentation
Declarations, certificates of origin and the bill of lading, prepared by people who have seen how each destination reads them.
Carrier allocation
Contracted space with the mainline carriers and NVOCCs on our core lanes, so a confirmed booking means confirmed space.
Destination clearance
Licensed brokers in every market we quote, vetted before they touch a shipment and re-screened annually.
Final delivery
Door delivery arranged at destination, including tail-lift and appointment bookings where the address needs them.
One point of contact
The person who quoted your shipment is the person who tells you it sailed. No handover to an inbox.
How a shipment runs, start to finish
Six steps. The only ones that need anything from you are the first and the last.
-
1
Tell us the cargo
Commodity, cartons, weight and dimensions, the load port and the delivery address. If you have an HS code, send it; if not, we will classify it.
-
2
Rate and routing
Sailing options with real transit and cut-off dates, priced FCL and LCL side by side where both make sense.
-
3
Booking and collection
Space confirmed, container released, haulage arranged at the factory, export declaration filed.
-
4
On the water
Bill of lading issued and checked. You get the departure confirmation and the arrival window, not silence.
-
5
Clearance
Entry filed by a licensed broker in the destination market. Duty and VAT settled as quoted.
-
6
Delivery
Final leg to the door, with free time watched so demurrage does not appear on the invoice.
Clearance is part of what we do, not an afterthought
We file import entries in 160 markets — classification, valuation, duty and tax settlement and release — through licensed brokers in the destination country. Every one of them is verified before they touch a shipment: licence checked with the issuing authority, insurance on file, references called, and supervised trial entries before unsupervised volume.
